Steph & Co. Consulting, an HR consulting firm, approached us with a unique challenge: to transform their brand identity while embracing their client-created tagline, "People Matter. Period." At the heart of this project was a butterfly sketch held in their hands, symbolizing transformation, growth, and change. Our mission was to create a sophisticated, clean, and sleek symbol that radiated innovation and boldness, resonating both internally and externally with their clients.
